Giving Machine Vetting
Nonprofit vetting · Arkansas
Light the World, Arkansas 2026

Vetting nonprofit partners with care and rigor.

A research tool that vets nonprofit organizations to see if they qualify to participate in Giving Machine efforts. Fifteen qualification criteria, ten deep-research dimensions, transparent sources, and human review at every step.

The sample report is the actual vetting output for CASA of Northwest Arkansas, a 33-year-old court-appointed-special-advocates nonprofit. Public 990 data; no signed account required.

What it does

Three things, in sequence.

Step 1

Qualifies

Runs the 15 criteria from the Church rubric: 501(c)(3) status, 5+ year track record, administrative expenses under 20%, faith neutrality, geographic fit, and more.

Step 2

Deep-vets

Ten dimensions of structured research: reputation, finances, governance, legal, political lean, transparency, beneficiary protection, brand-safety alignment, and local presence.

Step 3

Cites

Every finding shows its source URL. A reviewer can audit any line of evidence, override any criterion or dimension after outreach calls, and the verdict re-aggregates.

How it works

From candidate to verdict in under 20 minutes.

1

Reviewer enters a candidate

Name, EIN, website, and focus area. That's all the seed data the agent needs.

2

Qualification gate runs, about 5 minutes

Pulls IRS Form 990 from ProPublica and GivingTuesday, checks the 15 criteria, returns Pass, Conditional, or Not Qualified.

3

If qualified, deep vetting runs, about 12 minutes

Ten-dimension agentic research using web search and structured APIs. Every tool call is logged.

4

Reviewer sees a tight executive summary

Plus the 15 criteria, the full brief, and every source citation, all on one page.

5

Reviewer can override any finding

After outreach calls, criteria and dimensions can be overridden. The verdict re-aggregates automatically and the change is logged.
